How Tile Quantity Is Calculated
Tiles needed = (Room area ร (1 + waste%)) รท Tile area
Standard waste factor is 10% for straight layouts, 15% for diagonal, and 20% for complex patterns.

- Tile size: 12" x 12" = 1 sq ft
