Our Mission
Qudexa exists for one reason: to give Americans free, accurate, and genuinely useful calculators for the numbers that matter in everyday life - mortgages, taxes, paychecks, health metrics, home projects, and more. No sign-ups. No paywalls. No data harvesting.
We built Qudexa because most online calculator sites are cluttered with ads, gated behind logins, or quietly wrong. We wanted something cleaner: a fast, reliable tool that respects your time and your privacy.
What We Offer
Qudexa currently hosts over 50 free calculators organized into six categories:
- Finance: mortgage, auto loan, paycheck, student loan, refinance, amortization, credit card payoff, debt snowball, compound interest, savings goal
- Tax & Income: tax refund, income tax, capital gains, self-employment, salary-to-hourly, overtime, bonus tax, 401(k), Roth IRA, retirement

Our Methodology
Each calculator on Qudexa is built around one of three foundations:
- Industry-standard formulas. Mortgage, loan, and interest calculations use the standard amortization formula used by lenders across the United States. Tax calculations follow current IRS brackets and standard deduction rules.
- Published medical and scientific guidance. Health calculators (BMI, BMR, body fat, pregnancy dates) rely on formulas published by the CDC, WHO, and peer-reviewed clinical research.
- Verified reference data. Cost-based calculators (roof, paint, tile, concrete) use current US national averages from sources like HomeAdvisor, Angi, and RSMeans construction cost data.
Before a calculator goes live, we test it against at least three known-good examples and confirm the output matches manual calculation.

Qudexa references publicly available, authoritative data from:
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS) - tax brackets, credits, and filing thresholds
- Federal Reserve - interest rate benchmarks
- US Bureau of Labor Statistics - income and inflation data
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - health and BMI guidance
- World Health Organization (WHO) - international health standards
- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) - lending and mortgage data
Editorial Standards
Qudexa publishes informational content alongside our calculators to help users understand what the numbers mean. Our editorial process is simple:
- Every guide is written in plain English for a US audience
- Numbers are verified against primary sources (not secondary summaries)
- Content is dated and reviewed at least annually
- Corrections are published publicly when errors are found
- We do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial
